Running from October 13th to 17th, GITEX GLOBAL is where global technology leaders and visionaries converge, all focused on advancing the world's most ambitious AI infrastructure expansion, according to a recent statement from the organizers. Expect to see industry giants like Alibaba Cloud, AMD, AWS, Dell, e&, G42, Google, HPE, Huawei, IBM, Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce, Siemens, and Snowflake. But it's not just the big players; exciting new innovators such as Cerebras, Datadog, Mitsubishi, Qualcomm, Rital, ServiceNow, Tata Electronics, Telecom Italia, and Tenstorrent will also be showcasing their latest advancements.

Trixie LohMirmand, Executive Vice President of Dubai World Trade Centre, emphasized the critical role of AI. She noted that "future-critical sectors including data centres, biotech, quantum and robotics" are witnessing a powerful convergence of AI innovation and humanity’s most pressing challenges. GITEX GLOBAL 2025, she added, serves as a catalyst for these transformative technologies, consistently driving innovation-led progress across various industries and global economies.

In parallel with the main exhibition, the vibrant startup showcase, Expand North Star, launched on Sunday at Dubai Harbour. This event, hosted by the Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, is a hub for 2,000 startups connecting with over 1,200 investors who collectively manage an astounding $1.1 trillion in assets.

This year boasts unprecedented international participation. Brazil, for instance, joins as a country partner, bringing its largest-ever tech delegation. Key partnerships also include the Serbian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Tech Destination Pakistan. Furthermore, new country pavilions have made their debut from Canada, Chile, Ecuador, Spain, and Türkiye, showcasing a broader global representation spanning Europe, Central Asia, Latin America, Africa, and the Levant.

Tatiana Riera, Chief Operating Officer of ApexBrasil, remarked that the event is "a great opportunity to show how Brazil is driving innovation and creating tech solutions for global challenges." Echoing this sentiment, Marko Čadež, President of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, highlighted that Serbian startups are featuring innovative AI applications across diverse sectors, from well-being and energy to social media analytics.

Beyond the showcases, the five-day event will also shine a spotlight on significant investment announcements and vital cross-border partnerships, all geared towards shaping the next decade of digital transformation. It serves as a crucial platform for business leaders and policymakers to engage in discussions about scaling infrastructure, accelerating innovation, and fostering inclusive digital economies worldwide.
